Anna is a visual artist, film maker and photographer based in Toronto, Canada. She explores classical and geometric abstract imagery to conceptualize and deconstruct the rapidly evolving human relationship with nature. At our fundamental we are beings of the wilderness and are governed by the same rhythms and laws as all other life. Now the wilderness is a memory, an instinct, idealized, lusted for, feared, or just something we feel indifferent to and perceive as separate from ourselves. Her work explores the experience of this separation.
